About NARCHI

The Organization

NARCHI is a registered professional voluntary organisation (Registration No. S/15777 of 1974-75 in West Bengal Act. XXVI of 1961), established in 1975 with a network of 30 branches across India.

OUR MISSION

We strive to ensure that no mother loses her life during childbirth. Our mission involves providing training to medical graduates who will then be well-prepared to offer primary and preventive healthcare services.

OUR VISION

We aim to save lives by educating MBBS doctors.

Our Goal

We seek to stabilise India’s population within the next 20 years by promoting one to two-child families through comprehensive reproductive and child health (RCH) care.

Educational and Service Programmes

We offer the Three DAWN Rule of Ten Calendar Education Program in various Indian languages, which includes:

1. Rule of Ten Calendar for a Healthy Lifestyle,
2. Rule of Ten Calendar for Adolescents,
3. Rule of Ten Calendar for Mass RCH.

Service Programmes Operated by NARCHI-ICMCH

We work to standardise RCH practices, infant immunisation, and contraception care for medical professionals, train nurses, and educate medical students. This is achieved through training, seminars, and conferences, ultimately improving service quality. Our urban ICMCH training centers regularly provide Rule of Ten rural camp programs.
